Supported Assets: We support major cryptocurrencies like BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, USDC.
Confirmation Time: Internal transfers are instant. External deposits require blockchain confirmation which are typically 1 to 5 minutes, depending on network conditions.
Fees and Limits: Deposits are typically fee-free, excluding network gas fees.
Supported Networks: Supported networks are displayed on the Deposit page. Please ensure that the network you use to send funds matches the selected deposit network. Sending funds through the wrong network may result in permanent loss of assets and cannot be reversed.

Deposits land in your Spot Account. Move them to the Perpetual Account when you’re ready to trade perpetuals.

Security: Withdrawals undergo multi-layer verification to ensure funds go to the right destination.
Fees and Limits: The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the Withdrawal page. There is no maximum withdrawal limit. Users are only required to pay the blockchain network (gas) fee, and MC Markets does not charge any additional fees.

Withdrawals come from your Spot Account only. If your funds are in the Perpetual Account, transfer them over first.

For top-tier asset protection, we offer a withdrawal address whitelist feature.

How to Use: Add frequently used addresses to the whitelist.
Security Safeguard: Withdrawals are restricted to whitelisted addresses, preventing losses from account breaches. New addresses require security verification.
Validity Period: Whitelisted addresses expire after a set period and are removed.
