Withdrawals are subject to system review before arrival; the page shows “95% of users complete review within about 2 hours.” This figure is a historical statistic and does not mean every withdrawal completes within 2 hours — larger amounts or orders requiring extra checks may take longer. The actual arrival time after review also depends on blockchain network conditions or your chosen payout method.

This mechanism blocks the risk of funds being withdrawn to unauthorized addresses at the system level: even if your account is accessed without authorization, funds can only be withdrawn to addresses you've already verified on your whitelist — not to any arbitrary address. For this reason, the withdrawal whitelist is not an optional security enhancement, but a mandatory step in the withdrawal process.

First check the status and available actions for that withdrawal under "Deposit & Withdrawal" records on the Portfolio page. Whether it can be cancelled depends on:

* The page currently showing a "Cancel" action for that order, or
* Official support explicitly confirming, based on the order's current status, that a cancellation request is eligible.

Emailing support only submits a request for review or cancellation, it does not guarantee the withdrawal can be reversed; the final outcome depends on the order's actual status. If you need help, provide the withdrawal Order ID, asset, amount, and submission time to support.
