# Security Protection

<details>

Is my money safe?

MC Markets regularly publishes on-chain reserve data. You can check the report date, reserve ratio, total user asset value, total platform reserve value, and third-party audit report on the Proof of Reserves page. These figures reflect the reserve position as of that report and are updated over time.

How can I confirm I'm accessing the official website?

Always type the official URL directly into your browser, or access it via a bookmark you've saved yourself. Avoid entering through search engine ads, group links, or links sent by others. Before proceeding, carefully check the domain letter by letter to confirm it exactly matches the official URL, to guard against phishing sites.

<details>

What will MC Markets never do?

To help protect your assets, please remember these four rules:

* We will never ask for your private key, seed phrase, login password, or verification code
* We will never ask you to transfer funds to a personal wallet address
* We will never DM you to proactively promote products or services
* We will never promise fixed returns, zero risk, or an unchanged USDC/fiat value.

If you encounter any of the above, please stay alert, don't trust it, and report it promptly.

Is a request from support to transfer funds to a "safe address" legitimate?

No, this is a scam. MC Markets will never, under any pretext (account anomaly, system upgrade, "risk control" requirement, etc.), ask you to transfer assets to a "safe address," a "cold wallet address," or any address outside the platform.

Legitimate account-security measures are always completed within the platform and never require an outbound transfer from you.

How do I verify whether an airdrop or deposit-bonus campaign is official?

Verify campaigns only through the current official page on the official website, official Telegram (<https://t.me/mcmarketsglobal>), official X (@mcmarketsX), or the campaign shown inside your logged-in account.

If the campaign isn't shown through one of these current official entries, do not participate, and verify it via <cs@mcmarkets.com>.

Is there an official mobile app?

The official MC Markets mobile app is expected to launch in the second half of 2026. For now, please access platform services via the official website. Once the app is officially released, please follow Telegram (<https://t.me/mcmarketsglobal>) and X (@mcmarketsX) for download details and the latest updates. Please note that any app claiming to be the official MC Markets app is fake — do not download or install it, as this may result in loss of assets.
