Connecting a wallet is only one of the three registration or login methods. Email, Google, and wallet access can belong to the same UID. A wallet address is a login or binding method, not the account's sole identity.

<summary><strong>What if I encounter issues connecting my wallet?</strong></summary>

Please confirm your wallet is unlocked and correctly connected to a supported network. Most connection issues are caused by browser cache, unstable network connections, or incorrect wallet permission settings. Try refreshing the page, clearing your browser cache, or reinstalling the wallet extension. If the issue persists, please contact our support team via the in-platform ticket system, along with the wallet type you're using and any error message — our technical support team will investigate.

<summary><strong>What should I do if both Google login and wallet connection are unavailable?</strong></summary>

This may be due to a temporary disruption in third-party login services. Please log in using your email address and verification code instead. Once the service is restored, other login methods will become available automatically.

MC Markets offers three ways to register and log in:

1. Email
2. Google account
3. Web3 wallet&#x20;

All three can be linked to the same UID. A wallet address is one login or linking method.

Each email address can only be used to register one MC Markets account. If needed, please use separate email addresses to register additional accounts. Do not share a single account among multiple people. Shared accounts may lead to fund disputes, security risks, and violate the platform's Terms of Use.

<summary><strong>How do I change my bound email?</strong></summary>

Go to \[User Center] → \[Personal Information] → \[Email Reset], enter the required information, and click \[Confirm] to submit. Our team will then contact you with the steps needed to complete the process.

Go to “User Center → Personal Information” — your account UID is shown at the top of the page; click it to copy.
