Internal transfers are instant, but deposits from external sources require blockchain confirmations. Wait for sufficient confirmations; you can track the transaction using the TxHash in a blockchain explorer.

Can I recover funds sent to the wrong address?

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. We cannot reverse or recover funds sent to an incorrect address. Always double-check the recipient address and consider small test transactions first.

What cryptocurrencies can I use for deposits?

MC Markets supports deposits in BTC, ETH, SOL, USDT, and USDC.

What is the minimum deposit amount?

The minimum deposit is 10 USD or the equivalent in your chosen cryptocurrency. Deposits below this amount will not be processed.

Which account does my deposit go into?

Deposits arrive in your Spot Account. From there, you can also use your funds for perpetual contract trading by transferring them to your Perps Account if needed.
