External deposits require blockchain confirmation time, so please be patient. You can track the transaction status by looking up the transaction hash (TxHash) on a blockchain explorer. If the confirmations are sufficient but the funds still haven't arrived, please contact our support team via the in-platform ticket system and include your TxHash.

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. There is no technical way for us to reverse or recover them. Always double-check the recipient address and consider small test transactions first.

Deposit arrival time depends on the selected network's confirmation speed, congestion and platform processing (crypto deposit usually takes 1-5 minutes). Funds are credited after the required number of confirmations for that network is reached. You can track them via blockchain explorers. Please make sure you use the correct network to avoid loss.

Fiat deposit availability depends on regulatory requirements in your country/region. Some countries and regions are not currently supported. If unavailable in your area, we recommend depositing directly to your MC Markets account using cryptocurrency. Please do not use a VPN to bypass regional restrictions.

<summary><strong>Does fiat deposit require additional KYC?</strong></summary>

A payment partner may require separate identity verification depending on the region, payment method, order, and risk status. Follow the documents and steps requested on the current page. This process is separate from MC Markets KYC, and a previous approval does not guarantee that a later order will not trigger verification again.

<summary><strong>What is the minimum purchase amount?</strong></summary>

The current Fiat Currency Deposit input range for buying USDC with USD is USD 2 to 50,000, so the current minimum is USD 2. The range may change by payment method, region, or product configuration; use the live page.

Please try the following steps:

* Confirm your payment method is available in your region (some methods are only available in specific regions)
* Confirm your bank card supports online crypto transactions (some banks block these)
* If using a credit/debit card, confirm that 3D Secure verification was completed
* Try a different payment method
* Contact your card issuer to check for transaction limits or restrictions

Arrival takes some time:

* After successful payment, the system needs to process the order and send crypto on the blockchain
* The blockchain network needs to confirm the transaction (may be longer during network congestion).
* MC Markets will automatically credit your Spot Account once the on-chain arrival is detected

If more than 30 minutes have passed and the crypto still hasn't arrived, please contact customer support with:

* Payment time and amount
* Type of crypto purchased
* Transaction confirmation email (if available)
