MC Markets supports purchasing crypto with fiat currency. Purchased crypto is credited directly to your Spot Account, no wallet address needed.

MC Markets partners with third-party payment providers to offer fiat-to-crypto purchases. Fees are charged by the third-party payment partner, and MC Markets does not charge any additional fees on top.

The specific rate depends on your payment method and region. Card payments (credit/debit card/Apple Pay/Google Pay) typically carry higher rates than bank transfers. All fees — including service fees and network fees (on-chain transfer fees) — are displayed in full before you confirm your order. There are no hidden charges.

Additionally, your card issuer may charge a separate cross-border transaction fee; this is not a fee from MC Markets or the payment partner. We recommend checking with your bank in advance to confirm whether crypto-related card transactions are permitted.

* PIX: 1 business day

After payment completes, crypto requires blockchain network confirmation, typically 1–5 minutes depending on network congestion.

Yes. The Buy Crypto feature is provided by a third-party payment partner with their own independent KYC requirements. You may need to complete an additional identity verification (separate from MC Markets' KYC), including providing identity documents and a selfie. The system will guide you through this on your first purchase — subsequent purchases will not require re-verification.

* MC Markets will automatically credit your Spot Account once the on-chain arrival is detected

If more than 30 minutes have passed and the crypto still hasn't arrived, please contact customer support with:

* Payment time and amount

* Transaction confirmation email (if available)
